Not sure how to document your Emergency Preparedness Drill or Plan?  This helpful template walks you through how to document your efforts for both drills and actual plan activations, and covers all the elements the HHS Surveyor will wants to see. THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL EMERGENCY PREP PLAN (which can be found on this site for $249 and includes this Template). 
This Template includes both 2020 pandemic emergency AND the 2021 February "Snow-vid" event, and is meant to be edited for any drill or actual emergency in the future. The Pandemic was it's own emergency in 2020 and ended on 7/21/22. Keep the original and use the same template to document all your future ANNUAL drills/plans.  You have enough to do - make this easy!
